Changzhou Jingrui Dingxin Tool Co., Ltd, firstly established in 1990, is a comprehensive tool factory which mainly manufactures complex cutting tool. It is also one of key enterprises in tool industry in China.
In addition to covering a floor area of 500 sq meters, the factory owns more than 50 sets of processing equipment and detecting instruments of various kinds, including over 20 sets of digital-controlled equipment and precision, large and rare equipment. Attaching importance to product development and technical advancement, our enterprise carried through large-scale technical innovation in four “five-year plan” successively from 1985 to 1995. At the same time of strengthening product development capacity, our enterprise also improves corporate level of technology and equipment and enhances capacity to adapt to clients and market accordingly.
On rolled cutting tool, our enterprise introduces Germany KLINGELNBERG high-precision equipments and instruments successively, which not only can steadily produce AA Grade rolled cutting tool but also form unique advantage on hard alloy twist drill, end-milling cutter as well as many other nonstandard cutting tool.
On hard alloy cutting tool, our enterprise introduces Switzerland MIKRON five-coordinate processing center, Germany WENDT digital-controlled peripheral grinder and other key equipments successively and establishes indexable cutting tool production line which takes digital-controlled machine tool as main body, becoming the important manufacturer of high-precision complex indexable cutting tool in China. The indexable screw end-milling cutter is listed as substitute for imported goods and our key task project in scientific and technological research on heavy cutting tool wins commend from relevant department of The State Department.
At present, all of our leading products are manufactured according to national standard, international standard and foreign advanced standard organizations and part of products have passed international standard acceptance inspection.

Hard alloy indexable face milling cutter Kr75o and 90o manufactured by our factory, which is characterized by easy cutting and smooth chip removal, applies to cutting processing of low-carbon steel and cast iron pieces. These products are sold to Zhengzhou, Henan, Xi’an, Xi’xia and other places, winning unanimous favor from customers. Some customers reach long-term supply contracts with us, determined to use our products specially.
2. Specialized in manufacturing hard alloy indexable, welding and integral hard alloy cutting tools, our factory owns abundant technical power and complete product variety and specifications. In addition to manufacturing standard hard alloy cutting tool, we design and manufacture machine grip type, welding nonstandard special-shaped, molding and special die compound cutting tools as well as welding and integral hard alloy molding cutting tool for processing center. Our products are listed as substitutes for imported goods accordingly.
